The deconstruction of dad practices. The Analysis of dissimulation and prefiguration phases 

When we go from tightly regulated legal policy of government to territorial governance, some DAD (oligarchic Decisions – public Announcement – Defence from objections) practices of false participation by the people in the decision making process can be hidden. The case of the participatory approach – carried on in two municipalities of the Samnium Apennines to approve the City Urban Plan (CUP) – shows us how we can anticipate the condition for the development of false participation DAD practices.
